Yannick Oswald

Yannick, a postdoctoral researcher, specialises in modelling complex social and economic systems. His current work with the REAL project centres on climate economics, and the distributional modelling of carbon and energy footprints. He holds a PhD in ecological economics and an MSc in International Sustainable Development.

Yannick’s research spans topics including inequality, climate policy, complex systems, and computational social science. Recently, he’s developed an interest in integrating data science with complexity science, exploring its potential to address global challenges such as climate change, policy shifts, and inequality.
